CLUB UNIFORM DEPARTMENT
In General
· The cost of uniforms is not included in your registration fees
· Singlet and shorts (or one piece) are mandatory for track meets
· Track suits are not mandatory but are available
· Oakville T- Shirts are included in the cost of your registration fees
Process for Ordering
· The club will do one bulk order at the beginning of the year
· For 2011, an order will be placed by the 31st March 2011
· Delivery is expected in 5 weeks in time for the outdoor season
· We will take orders up to 31st March
· We will order more than we need so we have some in stock, but we don’t have a lot of cash so we will be minimizing stock
· For those athletes with existing singlets (that still fit them) – we will be collecting them at some point in April to get the Oakville Logo screened onto them.
What are the costs?
· We are still confirming costs and this will depend on delivery costs and the rate of exchange with the US
· Before delivery costs and screening/ embroidery, after Canadian Taxes (13%) and assuming the Canadian dollar is 80cents to the US, then the costs would be:

§ Medley Split Short and Short $35
§ Banner Short na
§ Medley Field Short $42
§ One Piece Sprinter Suit $56
§ Track Suit $xx
§ Singlet Screening only $

· I have a call into our supplier to confirm screening and embroidery costs but wanted to give you a rough idea of cost
What do you need to do?
· Declare your size and the pieces you wish to order before March 31st
· Be patient for delivery
· Be ready with your payment on order
